HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?:

All orders take 3-4 weeks to complete as all items are made up as they are ordered and with the nature of custom orders it take time to complete. Your order will be filled in the order in which it is placed. Holiday is crunch time and I suggest place orders early, wait time does increase during this time. When you place your order I will always be able to tell you how long I am running out.

HOW ABOUT RETURNS?:

Because my items are custom made I do not accept returns on the items but I guarantee you will be pleased with your item and will have many, many years of use and enjoyment from them.

LIFETIME GUARANTEE:

Having 11 years to perfect my technique and to find the best and strongest wire in the world I do not get returns for breakage! However, I do have a lifetime guarantee on all of MY custom work. My custom work consists of the application of turquoise, gemstones, silver beads and crystals. If at anytime you should lose or break any stones ship the item back to me for a free replacement of the work. When I send the item/s out I check and double check the screws and make sure they are tight as they will go. You are responsible to check the screws each and every time you ride, I will not replace lost conchos or buckles because the screws backed out. I can replace them for you at a charge. Loc-tite is recommended for a permanent solution to this.

SHIPPING:

Shipping to the U.S. is $8.95 no matter how much you order. Shipping to Canada is a flat rate of $20.00 no matter how much you order. International (Europe) shipping is $35.00 no matter how much you order.

CARE AND SAFETY:

I will again be providing to all my orders a FREE gemstone & silver polishing cloth! These cloths are awesome because a quick swipe with it (dry) cleans up everything like new and keeps silver fresh and shiney!!

Your new tack item is made to be used and enjoyed but please use reasonable care when using this and make sure your horse isn't rolling, rubbing or chewing on the gear. You may oil your item as normal, oil will not harm the custom work. Crystals wipe clean with a damp cloth. Painted tack should NOT be oiled over the painted area only oil the back side of the item (that touches the horse).

Horses are large animals and can cause injury. Care and safety should be taken and you should always check your leather items to make sure they are in good repair and safe to use.
